I am sorry you are having this difficulty. 

I copied the URL you sent me into my browser window and added .synthasite.com at the end of it. I added this because it is what completes the URL if you are using a free subdomain. When I added that I was able to access your site.

Two things I'd like to be able to do - (1) copy or duplicate a widget to somewhere else on the same or another page; I'm a bit lazy, I guess! (2) see the dimensions of an image - I can do this rather faintly when the image is inserted in text, but not apparently when it's a widget.
Perhaps these already exist and I am missing something.
It is still great using the builder.
